Cadri founder is Adriano Olmeda, 30 years in the meat industry, produced more than 6.000 tons year with 150 types of products and delivered 1200 delivers average per day in Brazil.
Adriano became a master sausage maker after learned with his Italian Uncle and Father in Brazil, with Joannes Heberl a Master Sausage Maker from Munich in German and Enzo Malinverno, ex C&O of Italy Kraft food in Parma Italy, how to produce frankfurter, sausages, hot dogs, Bologna, Salame and marinade meats and other meat products.
Now Chef Adriano is in USA producing upscale meat products.
